UNIPEC Company Ltd. is a company established and registered in Japan that is involved in the field of pipe maintenance in both the petroleum and the general pipe industry

Since its incorporation in 1976, it has earned its place as the top recognized market leader in both the petroleum and the general pipe industries both within Japan and outside of Japan.

UNIPC has always placed a strong emphasis in research and development, upgrading general efficiency, improving cleaning technology and developing and patenting new technologies that improve efficiencies in pipe maintenance.

In the pig cleaning field, we manufacture our own developed U-Pig with the highest standards of quality control via. our latex durometer which suits any required condition or pipeline system.

Especially by the introduction of our Wire Integrated and Spike Integrated De-coking, it has made it possible for our patented technologies to yield excellent results in cleaning and removal of even stubborn carbons scale from furnace tubes.

UNIPEC has also introduced a new technology called the Shot-Run Cleaning Method which greatly enhances de-scaling in pipes. This new method not only gives superior results, it's also very quick, which results in much shorter working time and so is more cost effective for consumers.

The Shot-Run Cleaning Method not only is a tremendous improvement in cleaning efficiency,
it also lowers heat transfer while protecting the inner surface of the pipe - which extends pipe life. As shown in the chart below. This new cleaning method greatly reduces cleaning time which allows us to pass these savings on to our customers.
